Cancellation Policy:
A 10% processing fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing or via email prior to May 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST. All cancellations after this date will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee. Organizations that do not check-in by 12:30pm on the day of the event will be considered “no-shows”. Spaces may be re-assigned and refunds will not be issued for no-shows. Any refunds will be processed after the event.
